EXPERIENCE:
I have a Bachelor's Degree in English/Communications from Loyola College and a Master's of Education in College Student Personnel from the University of Maryland at College Park. I studied Spanish for four years in high school and three years at Loyola College. I had the blessing of doing volunteer work with the Glenmary Catholic Sisters in Texas with families from Mexico. I have taught Spanish to young children and high school students. I have also taught a family with six children Spanish once a week for a year. I also do presentations about respect for the sanctity of life in Spanish. I love encouraging children to sing. I lead the Vacation Bible School music ministry at Sacred Heart. I lead the singing for a monthly Holy Hour for Life at Sacred Heart Church during Eucharistic Adoration. I also play guitar and lead the singing during respect life prayerful sing alongs at Sacred Heart. I led a children's choir for the Lenten Stations of the Cross at Sacred Heart. I teach piano and guitar.

ANYTHING ELSE YOU'D LIKE TO SHARE:
I love speaking, reading, and writing Spanish. I love the way Christ opens up opportunities to share His love through speaking a second language. I hope that children who study Spanish will use the gift of speaking Spanish to share the Gospel message with all whom they encounter.
