Experience:
I have a degree in English with Writing and Education minors from Lehigh University. I have had professional writing published in several different arenas over the years including Guideposts and The Good and the Beautiful. I work as an independent contractor as a writer, editor, and English and writing tutor. In addition, I have been homeschooling since 2004 and have nurtured and cultivated several creative writers within my homeschool (since 2018--present) who have earned gold keys, silver keys, and honorable mentions in the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards in the humor, short story, poetry, novel, fantasy, essay/memoir, and science fiction genres. I would like to cultivate a relaxed and delightful environment where young writers can thrive and find joy in the craft. I have taught two prior semesters of Creative Writing Workshop at TGIF.
