I've made baking my hobby since I was 11 and love to experiment with recipes from my historical cookbook collection, especially recipes from World War II. I also love trying recipes from around the world and incorporate these dishes into our family menus - from Norwegian to Korean, British to German, when it comes to baking, I find the challenge fun and love to share the food with others!
